Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Please allow additional time during launches, holidays, or promotional periods.
Personalized Orders
Items with initials or custom personalization are made to order and may require an additional 5–7 business days before shipment. Personalized items are final sale.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times

Returns
We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition.
